Orchid Inn, Angeles

I had a solid month-long stay at the Orchid Inn, which is just a block away from the vibrant Walking Street. The staff, led by Kevin, were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. Although the hotel has a fantastic location, it does show some wear and tear in the rooms and facilities, which is disappointing. Especially the pillows could use an upgrade for comfort, but the food and atmosphere, especially on Sundays with live music, really made my stay enjoyable.

The Orchid Inn is a solid choice for anyone looking for a conveniently located hotel. The staff exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and quick response to requests, making my stay enjoyable. However, the rooms need some serious maintenance as they show signs of wear and the pillows are not comfortable. The dining experience, especially with the Sunday live band and karaoke, added a fun element to my stay, but the overall upkeep of the hotel could be improved.
